Driving company vehicle to client's location & arriving on time Assessing our customers cleaning needs Applying any & all cleaning agents, and/or deodorizer, enzyme , sanitizer & scotchgard effectively & efficiently Clean carpeted areas using floor scrubber & wand at each job Ability to lift & carefully move & reset heavy furniture Upselling services or products Cleaning company vehicle at the end of each work day Stock/fill all cleaning agents & supplies in company vehicle each day Assess any issues with equipment each day & ensure any issues are corrected Maintain clean & neat appearance Knowledge of cleaning process & procedures Strip & wax of tile floors Perform any Steramist or sanitization processes that may be required Complete work orders/invoices Maintain good customer service & interpersonal skills Friendly & professional demeanor Participate in on the job as well as off-site training Ability to work with a flexible schedule which include nights, weekends & rotating on call as needed Must have a valid drivers license Must be able to pass a background & drug screening.
